Crafted with precision and designed for comfort, these bamboo needles are a game-changer for your knitting projects.

I was delighted to be asked by Clover to write a review, so I hope you will join me as I dive into the world of Pro Takumi needles, exploring their warmth, ease of use, and pliability.

Feature 1: The Warmth of Bamboo Circular Knitting Needles

Pro Takumi circular knitting needles are made from bamboo, which is naturally warm to the touch, which helps makes your knitting experience more enjoyable, especially during colder seasons. It's as if the needles themselves want to share in the cosiness of your creations, making every stitch a soothing and calming experience.

Feature 2: Soft and Pliable Cord

One of the standout features of Pro Takumi circular knitting needles is their soft and pliable cord, which rotates, and therefore doesn't twist up and get in the way of your knitting. It's so soft, which is really unusual for a knitting needle cord, and I found them perfect for sock knitting, using the Magic Loop method of knitting.

The connection between the needle tips and the cord is seamless, ensuring your yarn glides effortlessly without snags, and the flexibility of the cord allows you to work on a variety of projects with ease, whether it's intricate lacework or cosy socks and sweaters. No more wrestling with stiff cords that hinder your progress and get in the way of your knitting!

Also, each size of needle is colour coded, just above the cord connection, so that you can quickly see which size they are. This is a great feature that is really unique to these needles.

Feature 3: Gentle on Your Hands

Knitting can be an intensely satisfying hobby, but at times it can also be hard on your hands. The Pro Takumi circular needles address this concern by being exceptionally gentle on your hands. The bamboo material has a bit of flex, reducing the strain that can occur during long knitting sessions, or when working on tighter stitch patterns. With these needles, you can knit for longer periods without discomfort, so that your knitting flow remains uninterrupted. It's time to say goodbye to sore wrists and aching fingers.

As well as being perfect for knitting in the round, you can use your Pro Takumi circular needles to knit in rows. I love using circular needles to knit in rows because you can slide your stitches onto the cord when you have finished your knitting, which means there is less chance of them falling off the needles.

Section 4: The Verdict

In conclusion, the Pro Takumi Circular Knitting Needles by Clover are perfect for any knitting enthusiast. Their bamboo construction offers a warm and enjoyable knitting experience, while the soft and pliable cord ensures frustration-free knitting.

Most importantly, these needles are gentle on your hands, allowing you to indulge in your favourite hobby without the fear of discomfort.

I hope you have enjoyed my review. I can't wait to finish these socks so that I can share the pattern with you too.

Lynne
