Please read these terms carefully before joining as they cover your use of this programme (‘the programme’ being my Yarn Industry Insiders CRAFFT Mentoring programme, otherwise called 'the programme') and constitute a Licence; refer back to them as and when needed.

These terms and conditions can be updated at any time.

 

I ('I' being Lynne Rowe) am the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual Property  Rights and all other rights in the materials and content that I use within 'the programme' and nothing in the agreement or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights in such material or content to you or any other person.

 

You may not, at any time, copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way, any of the content or materials that I use in 'the programme'.

 

Upon joining 'the programme' for the fee stated, I grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use all or any of the content or material used in the modules for the purpose for which the modules were provided only. 

 

The private area of the site ('the site' being www.knitcrochetcreate.com) and private Facebook group are provided solely for the use of 'the programme', to permit you to access and/or download course material and any supplementary materials, ask questions or make comments.  You should not use these features to post any inflammatory, obscene, harassing, harmful or threatening comments or any unlawful information including spam. I have the right to remove any such material.

 

You agree to use 'the site' at your own risk. I make no warranty that the contents are completely error-free or that the site will operate uninterrupted, nor do I make any guarantee as to the results of using 'the programme'. I shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses or anticipated losses, indirect losses or consequential losses as a result of you following 'the programme'. If you notice any errors, you may let me know at lpp10@sky.com and I will check the content and make any required corrections.

 

If you leave 'the site' using any links to other sites, you will do so at your own risk and it’s your responsibility to guard against viruses or other destructive elements.

 

I shall not be in breach of this agreement nor liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligation under this agreement arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond my reasonable control.

 

My total liability in contract, tort or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to the total price paid by you.

 

When you register, you consent to receiving  by email any notices, announcements, documents and communications concerning related products or updated products or services. I will not intentionally disclose any personal identifying information to any third parties, unless to comply with the law.

 

I offer a 14-day refund, which will be proportionate depending on the modules that have already been watched, listened to or downloaded.

 

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the 4 months are finished, you will no longer have access to the course materials or Facebook group, but you are free to download the paid-for content that you have received, before you leave 'the programme'.
